of AnlièasiáAren Fireshadow
Aren is the main protagonist of the Legends of Anlièasiá series. He is a fifteen-year-old sorcerer with a potent connection to his magic. In addition, at some time in his life, Aren became the host of an ancient and powerful dragon, thus enabling him to use Dragon Slayer magic. Isolated nearly his entire life, Aren’s hopes to have a peaceful future, but it seems that destiny has other plans for him.

Blizzard
Blizzard is a mysterious anthropomorphic white wolf whose loyalty to Aren is matched only by the latter to him. Gruff and irritable at having to be Aren’s essential (and literal) voice of reason, at his core, he is generally kind and caring, but don’t let that fool you. When the battles come, he is as fierce as his blue eyes are.

Bowen
Also known as the Storyteller, Bowen is a figure of mystery. Having watched over Aren when he was just a boy, he often served as the guiding mentor/father figure to Aren in his childhood. Now he has returned after years of being presumed deceased to guide Aren on his quest to save not only the kingdom of Anaheim, but the entire world.

Fletcher
A blacksmith apprentice, Fletcher troubled past was shrouded in misfortune when a mining accident killed several children and his best friend, with him the only survivor. His mother having died when he was young and his father left for parts unknown before he was born, Fletcher was raised by Berdon after they left their village of Pelt to the capital of Erenähl. He may not be princely material to others, but his archery is second to none.

Galaius
Ancient and wise, this aged Court Physician of Iacon has a mysterious past that has spanned the rise of the Empire to the present day. World weary, Galaius was tasked by Aren’s late mother to look after him and potentially temper his hot headedness. Prince Cassian
Crown Prince Cassian of Erenähl, though he appears to be a stereotypical spoiled member of a royal household, underneath he’s kind, courageous, honorable and fair. He came to the aid of Aren and his friends during their confrontation with the dark beings known as the Dorocha. One of the greatest warriors in the kingdom, Cassian will risk all to protect his home.

Eärien
Strong and beautiful, Eärien was held captive for months and tortured until liberated by Aren and his friends. Now she is a staunch ally in his efforts to protect Erenähl, and the world as a whole, from the sinister evils beneath. Even when the evils come from her own family.

Naminé
Mysterious and cunning, this young Mâridien warrior is highly skilled a formidable to those who don’t take her seriously. Naminé is a mercenary who serves the highest bidder. Synder hired her to serve as a guard for two masters she had captured. Though she lives for the coin she earns, Naminé has a level of honor and fairness that leads her to aid Aren during his battle against Synder.

Trümpelen Forn
Known far and wide as Old Trumpy, this enigmatic bard live a nomadic lifestyle across all of Anlièasiá. Having met Aren in his village before it was lost Old Trumpy has taken a vested interest in the young warlock’s progress across the kingdom and always seems to know more than he lets on. Armed with a wit as sharp as odd, this individual leaves Aren and all those around him flummoxed.

Emberalm
As one of the most mysterious beings yet, with an almost lazy demeanor but tremendous intellectual and magical prowess. This majestic bird should not be taken lightly, lest he claws your eyes out.

Synder
Cunning, powerful, and evil to the core, Synder is the main antagonist of the Secret Crusade. As Aren’s archenemy, she has been responsible for nearly all of the events that transpired in the book during her quest for domination as a Heilyn Lord.

King Richard
Having battled the Empire most of his life, King Richard is a powerful warrior and stalwart defender of his kingdom. Leading from the frontlines, he faces the terrors that the Empire would bring upon his realm and stops it with all his strength. Borne down from years of experience, King Richard is wise, fair, just, firm, and cunning. While he believes that all of Erenähl is his responsibility he knows that he can trust his son Cassian to defend it.
